Formation Evaluation Society of Malaysia (FESM)
The Formation Evaluation Society Malaysia, otherwise known as FESM is a chapter of the Society of Petrophysicists and Well Log Analysts. We are based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Our mission is to provide a forum for professional people who have an interest in Petrophysics and Formation Evaluation. We hold regular monthly technical talks on a variety of Petrohysical subjects which are free for our members to attend and refreshments are provided after each talk. Our technical talks have been recently expanded to include other subsurface disciplines such as reservoir engineering, geology and geophysics and we have been privileged to have attracted some high quality, industry recognized speakers.
Our technical sessions are complimented by regular half-day and one-day technical seminars on subjects that are of interest to our members.
FESM is a not-for-profit organization and we rely on our sponsors to continue to fund our activities. The FESM committee would like to thank all of our sponsors for their continued support.
